HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAUREN GIN!

About half of us.

AHHH, loving summer. I love the spontaneity of it all. The ONLY downfall, last night's AWKWARDNESS. It was the most awkward I've felt EVER. No lie, really.

ANYWAYS, my favorite line from Dance, Dance by Fall Out Boy
"I only want sympathy in the form of your crawling into bed with me." ahahah.

SUMMER 2009, keep it coming. <3

Life Updates #3

The Class of 2009 is officially gone...... ]:

Today was the most awkward I've ever felt during this school year. My strongest assumption tells me that it's because we're officially the oldest in the school now. I was so used to the fact that there were older kids in higher grades. I never thought this time would come so friggen fast.

To some, this may sound retarded because I'm a wee bit overdoing it but, everything now is just WEIRD... the table that I hang out at is NOW empty. ]: Like, just seeing that made me feel really nostalgic and sad. I seriously miss the seniors but then again, I'm SO PROUD of them for making it this far. ahhhhh....

Yesterday, Jordan and Alyssa went with me to the graduation. I have to say that the class emblem (The Kalesians) looked freakin' nice! GREAT job ropebearers! (I still wish I was a ropebearer. I don't like the fact that I was a friggen alternate.) ANYWAYS, graduation went really well. I started crying a bit when Michael Arias gave his speech for Salutatorian. At the end of the ceremony, the Seniors trashed the emblem (cuz that's their job) and then, THAT'S WHEN IT HIT ME. They're leaving. Some, I may NEVER see again..... ahhhhh. On the way back to Jordan's car, we both felt it. He started crying more than I did. I started tearing up after he started crying. AHHHHHH..... I'm REALLY gonna miss them, even the ones I didn't get to know for very long. I wish I had more time..

Now that the seniors are gone and finals are done with, SAY HELLO TO THE SENIOR CLASS OF 2010.

Life Updates #2

As I try to find some motivation to write my movie reviews.....

It's a scary thought that I'm going to be a Senior in less than a week. Finals are coming up and my days of being a junior are winding down FAST. I specifically remember the first day being back at school last September. Figuring out my classes, figuring out who to walk with to those classes, figuring out who to hang out with IN my classes, and basically being ready to take junior year by it's horns.

It's June for Christ's sake. Where did my days go by? OMFG. For every day that I try to remember from this school year, they all only seem like yesterday. Ahhhh, I'm guessing that this is some sort of foreshadowing of how fast the next two semesters are gonna be, which is btw, MY LAST TWO SEMESTERS OF HIGH SCHOOL EVER.

SCARY SCARY SCARY. Well, not scary. More like nervous/excited perhaps? I'm not exactly sure because I can't read the feels pouring out of my stomach right about now. But, this is kinda weird. No, not weird.... okay, yes WEIRD.

Besides the fact that I'm going to be a senior, I'm pretty much realizing that this may be one of the last times I'm going to SEE some of the seniors EVER. Come to think of it, I've already started the process. The last three days have been signing yearbooks, taking pictures WITH the seniors, giving them "Best of Luck" shpeals, and pretty much GOING to their graduation. THIS my friend is the start of nostalgia. I can feel it creeping in my bones.

Ahhhh, this is going to be rollercoaster week. I don't even think I'm ready for it yet.

Life Updates #1

Realizing that having the internet on while I study for my Physio final, I decided to blog because there really isn't a point in studying when you can't pay attention. [:

OH and I hope that bullet points don't bug you all. That's all I can afford to do.

-I have now collected a total of 11 Nylon magazines. [:
-Dear Seniors, it has been a pleasure of getting to know you all. Some, well, I wish I didn't meet due to unexplainable circumstances, but for the rest of you, you all are great. I don't think the Juniors and Seniors have ever gotten this close. I will SERIOUSLY miss you all. [:
-I can already feel the tension I'm gonna get from being Senior. gaah.
-I signed up for Concert Choir! Hopefully, I have space in my schedule next year. Jordan better do a duet with me!
-I auditioned for the Adult's choir in church on Sunday. Jordan went first, then Lean, then ME, and last was Jen. After we all sang hymn 61, all Ka Emy said was "Okay, thanks you." AHHHH! Why couldn't she tell us!?!?! uggh. I wanna know if I passed already!
-Physio final on Friday. This is the ONLY class I'm concerned about. I've come to accept the fact that it's almost impossible to get an A in that class. I'm going to have to settle for that B. However, if my final is crap, then I'll settle for a C. I've totally lost my will to keep on going. DAMN YOU PHYSIO.
-Besides that, I only have about three finals to worry about and a few last minute homework assignments to push for.
-Binhi formal is next Saturday. Sad to say, I'm not really excited at ALL for this one. I'm simply going because I'm president. I mean, I'm also there for the fact that I'm supporting the graduates but, that's pretty much the ONLY two reasons to go. ahhhh.
-It's SERIOUSLY CRUNCH TIME from here on end. I'm being SERIOUS. I'm not just saying that for the sake of this blog, I assure you. [:
-SAT II's were a PIECE OF PIE. I'm not even joking. They were really easier than I thought.
-Getting my yearbook tomorrow. ewk! I'm excited!
-Zachary is moving to Santa Monica in August. [:
-SANTOGOLD has saved my life. Thank you for great music.
-Listen to LOVE SONGS by ANJULIE. I think you'll like it as much as I do. [:

ehh, I'm out of ideas.

Don't Get Me Started.

I really have to admit that I LOVE this picture. I don't know why though. AHHH. This is by far the best picture taken during JDD. I just wish I had a CAMERA that night! gaah. (I spy a clevage crack!)

THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO;
-2.5 weeks of school left and then I'm done with JUNIOR YEAR. [;
-SAT II's and Ateh Oli's baby shower this Saturday.
-Recognition Night for High School Graduates on June 20th.
-SIX FLAGS hopefully on the 26th. [:
-ANGEEEL LOVEER'S Graduation on the 11th. There's a BIG chance I won't make it to this because it's the week before FINALS but, I'm still looking forward to the hype of it all. [:

THINGS TO TALK ABOUT;
-I'm a bit worried I might not make the Adult's choir. Ateh Charmaine is literally shoving hymn 61 up my ass. I can't get it RIGHT!! I don't know what's the matter with me. Ka Emy's gonna listen to us on Sunday. I need to perfect this. ahhh.
-Unless I'm INCREDIBLY stupid, applying for classes at PCC over the summer is REALLY complicated.
-I've been job hunting for the last week or so. If any of you guys know anyone or any business that are hiring, let me know? [:
-Binhi formal registration forms = evil in paper form. I swear to gawd that this is by far theee most complicated year I've had to deal with. I hate how we're all so separated. -_____-
-I NEEEED MONEY!
-I love the chill vibe that all my classes are giving me, minus Trig, English, and Physio. I hate finals for THOSE classes especially.
-BTW, we're DISSECTING CATS in Physio! The gag factor went away after the first three days or so. We skinned it first (aren't you getting grossed out by all of this?). Then we separated the connective tissue from the skin and the muscles. We isolated the muscles in the chest, hindlimb, and front limb. After that, we separated some more skin and opened up the chest. Dr. Martin (as my group likes to call him), did most of the dissecting for our group. He isolated the trachea, lungs, and all that good stuff. NOW, we need to remove the respiratory system to examine it. Gross ey? ehh, it's not so bad. OUR cat's name is Tigger. I voted to rename him Spock but, I don't think that's gonna happen anymore. [:
-I hate studying now. I've been wanting to sleep this whole time.
-My room is a MESS. I need to clean this place up and do some laundry. I've been delayed for about two weeks now. I'm in desperate need of clean clothes. ewk!
